Will Greene

Owner

Will founded the Louisville office in 2010 and previously led the sales and marketing efforts. Will is a native of Louisiana and a former executive at Vanguard Cleaning’s corporate office in California. He loves being a part of the Louisville non-profit community, cooking with his wife, being a part-time whiffle ball pitcher for his son and playing dolls with his daughter.

Craig Uhl

Regional Director

Craig joined Vanguard Cleaning in 2011. He leads our customer service efforts and supports our franchisee’s as they grow their businesses. Craig’s professional approach contributes to our region annually having a top 10 customer satisfaction rating in the Vanguard national system. Craig is a native of Southern Indiana and a proud IU graduate. He is an avid cyclist, enjoys watching his children thrive and a quality pour of bourbon.

Swati Tinwala

Office Manager

Swati joined our Louisville office in 2017 and has streamlined our accounting and customer service efforts. Swati is a native of Delhi, India and a former schoolteacher and accountant. She is a talented chef, proud mother to her son, Jahaan, and dog, Oreo. Swati enjoys supporting our franchisee’s success and loves being a part of the diverse community in Louisville.

Michael Hammer

Business Development Director

Michael joined our team in 2022. He assists our customer service efforts and supports our franchisee’s growth through marketing and sales activities. Michael previously was a branch manager in Indianapolis for Enterprise Rent-A-Car, where he gained valuable management and customer service experience. Michael will lead our expansion to Indianapolis in 2023. Michael is a native of Northern Indiana and a graduate of Manchester University. He is a sports enthusiast, enjoys volunteering for Special Olympics and spending quality time with family and friends.
